Our speaker, Sosamma Samuel-Burnett, J.D., is a seasoned human rights advocate and community leader with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. As Founder/President of G.L.O.B.A.L. Justice, she has dedicated her life to advancing social justice and human rights on both a local and global scale.
Sosamma's expertise extends beyond advocacy. She has served as a university professor for over 20 years, imparting her knowledge and inspiring future generations of leaders. Her academic background, coupled with her extensive experience leading non-profit organizations, provides her with a unique perspective on the challenges facing our communities and the power of collective action to address them.
Sosamma's commitment to service is evident in her numerous accomplishments. She has received numerous accolades, including the 2023 BizWest Woman of Distinction in the Nonprofit category, the 2022 Loveland Chamber of Commerce Mikki Roth Eagle Spirit award, and the 2018 Dr. Joan King International Woman of Vision honoree from Colorado Women of Influence.
