J.B. is the Co-Founder and CEO of Madwire. He co-founded Madwire with his Dad in 2009 when he was 28 years old, and, with the hard work and leadership of a championship team, helped grow the company to 100MM+ in annual revenue and 500+ employees in under 10 years—a rare feat, especially with minimal growth capital. At Madwire, J.B. enjoys being part of a character-first team and culture, driven to “make a difference” (the “m.a.d.” in Madwire 😜).

That said, J.B. is quick to make it clear he can not take credit for the items above. Instead, he points out that he’s blessed to be surrounded by an incredible team and an amazing wife and family who have supported him every step of the way.
 
Outside of Madwire, J.B. enjoys spending time with his family and deepening his faith. He also enjoys sharing lessons he's learned over the years on life and leadership. Why? Because a lesson learned should be a lesson shared.
